Privacy Policy
The short version: this website asks you for nothing. It has no forms and no accounts. If you call or email us, we use what you share to help with your vehicle, and for nothing else.

What this site collects on its own
Nothing. There is no form to fill out and nothing to sign up for. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (their names start with _ga) to tell returning visitors from new ones. The site sets no cookies of its own beyond those.
When you call or email
You may share your name, contact details, and information about your vehicle or insurance claim. We use it to answer you, write your estimate, and do the work you asked for. We do not sell it.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it. That tool reports pages viewed, the town a visit roughly came from, and the kind of device used. It does not tell us who you are, and Google's own privacy policy covers the data it processes.
Call tracking and recording
Calls placed to numbers shown on this site may pass through a call tracking service, which logs the number you called from, when you called, and how long the call lasted. Calls are recorded for quality assurance and training, and a notice at the start of the call tells you so. This helps us know which of our listings people find and how we handled your call.
Maps and the services we link to
The contact page and the pages for the towns we serve include a Google Maps embed, and every page's navigation links to DocuSign, and the contact page links to CarWise for authorization forms and estimates. Those services have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, the servers that deliver these pages keep standard technical logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Children
This site is for vehicle owners and is not directed at children.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date on this page changes with it.
